1. What kind of robot do we have?
Our products include Delivery Robot,Disinfection Robot, Cleaning Robot and etc.

2. What are the robot's main functions ?
Robot's functions include goods delivery, greet, escort/guide, advertisement marketing, autonomous cleaning and etc.

3. What are the specifications of the robots?
Specifications vary from robot to robot, please check the Products for more information.

4. What are the robots' carrying capacity?
Carrying capacity varies from robot to robot. 30KG for PuduBot and KettyBot; 40KG for BellaBot and 60kg for PUDU HolaBot, please check the Products for more information.

5. Are the robots waterproof?
The robots cannot be soaked in water, but light splashing allowed.

6. Apart from restaurants, what other scenarios can we use the robots?
Our robots are also widely applied in shopping malls, hospitals, schools, office buildings, government halls, subway stations, waiting rooms, factories and etc.

8. Can Pudu Robots take the lift?
Our building delivery robot FlashBot and cleaning robot CC1 are lifts enabled

9. Are our robots runnning steady? Does it go bumpy?
The robots' running status is relatively stable. Used an electric vehicle suspension system, which enhances stability and allows to deal with far more unexpected scenarios.

10. Are the robots capable of climbing the slope?
Climb slopes/hills capacity varies from robot to robot,example Flashbot supports slopes of up to 15 degrees, more details please check the product manual.

1.Can I use the robots without Wi-Fi?
Yes, of course.

2. Do the robots have Bluetooth?
Yes, the robots are able to use Bluetooth to connect the external stereo, and play sounds.

3. What operating systems do the robots have?
The robots operate with Android operating system.

4. What are the robots' navigation method?
The robots use dual SLAM solution, supports both Laser SLAM and Visual SLAM positioning in order to adapt to more scenarios.

5. Can multiple robots work simultaneously?
Yes, multiple robots (same model or different model) can be scheduled simultaneously with each other to prevent collisions.

6. Can the robots carry out voice conversations?
Yes, it can recognize voice , and then enables voice interaction.

7. What do robots rely on for obstacle avoidance?
The Pudu robot relies on LIDAR sensors, RGBD vision sensors and infrared sensors for comprehensive obstacle avoidance.

The warranty parts for different types of robots vary according to national policies, please consult our regional sales manager for details.

2. What do I need to know in terms of robot maintenance?
The frequency of maintenance impacts the life and appearance of robots, thus it is vital to clean the critical sections of the robot on a regular basis, such as cleaning the screen with a soft tissue or cotton cloth; for more information, please check Maintenance and Care.

3. Does the robot have requirements in terms of transport?
1.PUDU products have special packaging materials, which need to be packaged with corresponding packaging materials; 2. During transportation, the packaging materials (including but not limited to the bottom/side/head foam, plastic film and outer box of the robot) must be in good condition without damage, deformation, etc.; 3. The robot must not be squeezed, stacked, collided or dropped during transportation; 4. The box shall be transported upright according to the signs, and shall not fall down, tilt, etc.

4. After receiving the robot, what information do I need to know when I unpack and take it out?
1. Do not violently open the box or hit the robot to avoid its artificial damage; 2. Try to downwardly press the corresponding tray if its light stripe does not illuminate after unboxing; 3. Please protect the screen carefully from scarping or hitting during the handling; 4. Please protect the lidar above the robot chassis carefully, refrain from touching it by hand or hitting it; 5. Please keep the robot's upright posture during the handling. You can lift the robot through the upper part of the robot chassis. It is strictly forbidden to carry out the handling by lifting the tray or the head of the robot.

5. What do I need to know about storing a robot that will not be used for a long time?
1.Keep the robot and battery dry and at room temperature for storage; It is forbidden to expose robot to the sun; 2. When starting the robot for the first time after not being used for a long time, pay attention to check whether there is any foreign matter inside the robot (mice, cockroaches, etc.); 3. After charging, please disconnect the power in time. Do not charge the robot for a long time under the condition of full power; 4. It is forbidden to charge unattended for a long time; 5. If you do not use the robot for a long time, please press the key in the battery compartment to "OFF" in time to disconnect the battery power; If the charger is not used for a long time, the power plug should be unplugged from the socket; 6. If the robot is not used for a long time, it must be charged to more than 60% and the key switch must be turn off. And the robot needs to be charged once every three months to protect its battery.

6. What are the precautions for using robot batteries?
To protect the battery, the battery should not be overcharged or discharged, and stored in a dry environment.

7. What if an issue arises after the warranty term has expired?
Purchase an extended warranty service in advance is recommended.
